Privacy Policy

Quantrack is a mental-math drill app. This policy explains what data the app handles and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Using the app without an account

You can use Quantrack, and buy Premium, without signing in. In that case your drill history, streaks and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.

What we collect if you sign in

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we collect:

• Email address — the address Apple shares with us (this may be a private relay address if you choose to hide your email).
• User ID — an identifier for your account, derived from your Sign in with Apple ID.
• Purchase history — your Quantrack subscription or lifetime purchase, so Premium can be restored and linked to your account. Payments are processed entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.
• Usage data — your drill results (mode, number answered, accuracy and timing), used to show your stats.

How we use it

Only to run the app: to sign you in, to keep your stats, to confirm your Premium access and keep it up to date when a subscription renews, lapses or is refunded, and to provide support. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Who handles it

• Apple — Sign in with Apple and the App Store handle authentication and payments, and send us purchase notifications.
• Cloudflare and Neon — our hosting and database providers, which process data on our behalf to run the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time in the app: Stats › Account › Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and the data linked to it from our servers and revokes the Sign in with Apple connection. Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Children

Quantrack is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted in the app or its release notes.
